We are constantly buying and selling residential properties. Most of the homes that we buy need improvements, and that is where we are most successful. In the current market we buy real estate at discounted prices, purchase high quality materials in bulk at near wholesale prices, and have contracted skilled labor at fixed costs for each project. The renovated homes that we offer are quickly sold to first time home buyers because they are affordable and truly a great value – we consistently exceed expectations.
